INVITATION TO TENDER FARMLAND

The following farmland adjacent to highway 36, located 3 miles east of Lavoy Alberta, is hereby offered for sale by tender, subject to restrictions, reservations and non-financial obligations in the existing Certificate of Title, and subject to a Grant of Probate being issued for the Estate of Ruth Eleanora Smiley:

The closing date is anticipated to be April 15th, 2019 but is subject to Grant of Probate being issued.

Tenders are to be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “SMILEY TENDER”, to Andreassen Borth, with the tenderer’s GST number and accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft made payable to “Andreassen Borth” for $10,000.00 and must be delivered before 12:00 noon on March 15th, 2019 to Andreassen Borth, Barristers and Solicitors, #200, 4870 - 51 Street, Camrose, Alberta, T4V 1S1, Attention: Margaret Weir Andreassen.

Possession will be provided on closing.

The taxes will be adjusted on closing date. There will be no other adjustments.

Tenders will not be opened in public.

The Tenderer will not be providing a Real Property Report. Property is sold as is. There are no warranties or other representations made by the Seller.

The balance of the purchase price shall be paid to Andreassen Borth on or before April 15th, 2019, subject to issuance of Grant of Probate. Tenders are irrevocable and shall remain open until dealt with by the offices of Andreassen Borth. If a successful tenderer does not complete the purchase after acceptance of that tender, their deposit shall be forfeited. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all tenders. Deposits received from unsuccessful tenderers will be returned to them by mail.
